Take 15- 20 coriander seeds in a glass of water. Boil it till the water reduces to half. Let the mixture cool down for some time and then drink it. It is bitter in taste but you can add some sugar before drinking. Intake of this easy- to- make mixture is helpful during severe pain. Also, it helps to reduce the excess flow of blood during this time.
Ironically, parsley not only increases menses and favors in regulating your monthly cycle but also its juice helps in treating the unbearable cramps. For taking out the best in parsley, blend with it beet, carrot and cucumber juices till about 75 milliliters and drink it.
