Stinging nettles are also known as Urtica dioica, in scientific terms and it belong to the Nettle family. It is mostly used in male Alopecia cases where baldness is caused due to hormonal imbalance. It is normally combined with Saw palmetto during usage . It helps balance the hormones in the body and prevent hair fall by increasing blood circulation in the scalp.
You must prepare a shampoo by adding stinging nettle extract to a herbal shampoo. Add this in addition to Saw palmetto to achieve better results. You may also take it internally to balance the hormones by cooking the young leaves well and taking it with fresh salads.
