Honey

It is sweet yet useful herbal remedy to kill the pain in the gums. You can apply honey after brushing your teeth. Take some amount of honey and rub it on the gums, and after that clean the mouth properly. Do not apply in excess or do not use it 2-3 times at a single stage since it contains high sugar content.

Lemon

Lemon is rich in Vitamin C which is the founding ingredient of our gums. There are a number of ways for consuming lemon. Some may like to directly squeeze the bitter pulp in to their mouth. Others may like to consume it in the form of wide range of lemon beverages. However, don’t add sugar to the drink, salt would do well.

Another way would be to directly wipe your gum area with Lemon. After 3-4 minutes, gargle with the hot water to clean the mouth. On applying lemon firstly it shows anti-inflammatory properties which helps in treating the gums infection and fight with it.

Aloe Vera is an effective herbal remedy to treat pain in the gums. All you need to do is extract the gel from the Aloe- Vera plant by squeezing the leaf. Apply the gel on the affected area. Widely known as the natural pain killer, Garlic is rich in herbal properties that help stress down the gum pain and also treat the overall infections in it. To use it, first take some pieces of garlic clove and then crush them to make the paste. Now add some amount of rock salt.

Then apply the mixture on the affected area. In the end, use hot water or at least lukewarm water to rinse your mouth. Do this process 2 times a day to attain lucrative results.

The leaves of the Eucalyptus tree are very helpful in treating the gum pain. The simplest way to consume would be rubbing a leaf directly on the gum area. You may use 2-3 leafs to rub on the gums. However, if you are not comfortable with the process then you can also prepare the paste of these leaves to apply on the gums.
